CIVIL ENGINEER (1 vacancy)
The candidate will be responsible for overall project management and key responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
- Secure that the project goals are met, that the customers expectation are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handles in the best way with the scope of the contract
- project planning implementation and progress monitoring
- Liaison with consultant and relevant authorities
- General site management and progress claim and contractor payment processes
- Review of consultants design and assist in the development process
- Provide the relevant periodically performance reports for the assigned projects and tasks
- Quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil/building engineering or equivalent
- min 5 years experience in civil and building engineering works
- Min 5 years experience in managerial level and handling large scale projects
- Able to manage projects independently as well as to lead and motivate a sizeable staff strength
- Excellent leadership quality, good management, interpersonal and organizational skills are pre-resuisites
- SOudn knowledge of contraction method, project implementation, cost control and interpretation of contracts
- Soudn knowledge of MS OFFICE and MS Project Management software
- Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
